I deleted the game and re-installed it. The oddest thing was that my old saves (Auto and Quick) was still in the right place: 'C: Users username Documents Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition save ' I thought it would be empty! I don't want to re-install win10 since I'm quite satisfied with win7. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE A BACKUP FILE. To get the cheat mode, you have to use a text editor to edit the game file. When there, put Cheat=1 under the Options part, then you can enter the codes on the console. TO get the console, press Enter, then press Ctrl + Enter to enter the codes. • Open “Baldur’s Gate” folder, double click on “Setup” and install it.
• After installation complete, go to the folder where you install the game.
• Open folder, double click on “Baldur’s Gate” icon to play the game. Done!
